Back office functions, such as finance and accounting, HR, procurement and IT, are under constant pressure to cut costs, improve effectiveness and increase the support of decision making processes. Without deep restructuring of these functions the efforts undertaken by Management Boards can only achieve partial and short-term results. The experience of many companies clearly shows that the best way to cut costs while improving effectiveness is to reorganize back office functions into shared services centers (SSC).

EU funding

While designing shared service center, we analyse the potential for the use of the European funds from the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, especially from the sub-measure 4.5.2. - Support for investment in the modern services sector.

We perform detailed analysis of the legal aspects, localization, finance and restructuring issues and we confirm meeting the criteria of the above mentioned sub-measure and possible EU funding.

We do not stop at the analysis of the potential regarding European funds. We go further and support our clients in the application process. We help them analyse required company documents, prepare complete documentation together with all attachments, including business case, submit documentation and negotiate terms of the contract for funding. In order to meet all formal requirements we provide support in project management, formal reporting, accounts settlement for the grant received and monitoring project status according to terms and conditions specified in the contract for funding.
